Why did you decide to hire a remote dev team?
Being in the Silicon Valley, San Francisco, is incredibly costly and highly competitive. With a limited startup budget, you must be resourceful. But it is also necessary to locate talented individuals. Although the Valley has some great job candidates, many of them are overly expensive. To find the best people, I had to look at all prospects, so I chose to search remotely.

How long did it take to get the work started?
We estimate it will take approximately two weeks. We spoke with a few potential hires who recently concluded their prior engagements and were ready to commence work right away.
