Why did you decide to hire a remote dev team of contractors?
With my previous teams, I worked with both on- and offshore contractors from Ukraine, Germany, India, and the United States. Outsourcing agencies, therefore, became my go-to solution for contracting engineers. My objective when bringing contractors to the team is to hyper-focus on a single thing or a single area. They must be able to deliver whether it is one feature or multiple features.

Was hiring speed a decisive factor for you when choosing Talenthaus?
Was hiring speed a pivotal component in our selection of Talenthaus? I'm not sure, but I enjoy how quickly we move. Before we utilized outsourcing firms, the hiring procedure was slow. With Talenthaus, I ask my customer success manager, “Can you give me a Data Engineer?” I list five criteria and specify the location on a post. She sends me a list of candidates within a day or two, and I frequently employ them.
What made you decide to hire these particular developers?
Choosing contractors for my projects isn’t my top priority; I simply choose contractors who are able to finish the job as fast as possible. In an effort to save time and money, I keep my interviews brief, lasting around 15 to 30 minutes and focus on the stack they use. My engineers also interview the candidates. Because I always include a probation period in my contracts, if something isn’t working, we’ll part ways in 30 days, I don’t spend too much time choosing contractors. We currently only work with Talenthaus contractors on our tech team, and that’s the way we like it. We’ve worked with some of them for over a year. We also appreciate their cost effectiveness. Senior offshore developers from Talenthaus are much cheaper than junior to middle-level designers in the United States. I couldn’t, and still can’t, find anyone who had similar skills and productivity levels at that price in the United States, back in 2021 when we first started working together.
What’s the most valuable aspect of Talenthaus for you?
It has been a pleasure working with Talenthaus engineers. Finding the right ones is difficult, but Talenthaus made the process seamless. From sourcing to signing contracts, everything has been wonderful with Talenthaus employees.
Would you ask Talenthaus to source candidates for your projects again if needed? Or would you recommend Talenthaus ?
I wouldn’t go with any other contractor but Talenthaus if I had to get one now. Our relationship has matured and refined over the last twelve months. I’ve also suggested Talenthaus to a couple of my colleagues. When I describe how simple it is, I picture a concierge desk where you can get anything you need. I really like the Talenthaus method.
